Note: the 2 .codeyam/plans/completed/*.md deletions above are automated retention churn from `prune_completed_plans`, which trims the completed-plan archive to a fixed cap. They are expected, deterministic across sessions, and reconcile automatically on rebase — NOT an accidental deletion of another PR's plan. Do not try to recover them.
