Folder monitoring and automatic file compression

Hi! Thank you so much for such an excellent app!
I would really love to see a folder monitoring feature with automatic file compression for files placed in the watched folder — similar to how it works in Adobe Media Encoder.
Here's how I imagine it:
I specify which folder to monitor and where to save the processed files;
I create a preset for this task;
And I press OK.
The program then detects when a new file appears in the monitored folder, compresses it, and saves it with the exact same name to the designated output folder.
It would also be great to add an option for the app to launch automatically when the computer starts up.
