What happened?

Issue Forms is the latest addition to GitHub (as of date), and the following features are left to be included:

• Remove old .md issue template files if we agree on using Issue Forms.
• Reconfigure for different types of issues.

• Understanding about GitHub Issues.
• A collection of GitHub Issue Template using the Markdown Files.

• TODO : Fix the original template with correct version.
• Update the organization level documentations.
• Fix and/or update issue templates across forks on ZenithClown/.github@22ccc0b
