Goal

Document a CI Sweeper loop that failed honestly — infinite retries, wrong fix, budget blowout, or verifier miss.

Failure reports are first-class; they help others star because the project is realistic.

Acceptance criteria

• Pattern: CI Sweeper (or close variant)
• Tool + cadence (e.g. 5m cron, GitHub Action)
• What broke and how you killed or escalated the loop
• One concrete guardrail you'd add (loop-context, budget cap, denylist, etc.)

Estimated time: ~15 minutes
