Idea: Move window into visible area when outside

Problem / Use Case
When monitor layout changes the windows appear off-screen. Example: Multiple displays in the office, only notebook deisplay while off the office.

Proposed Solution
It should check if the window is in a visible screen area. If not it should move to it.

None.
