This document describes the contribution policy for the official Clay repository. Implementation work is maintainer-only: code fixes, features, refactors, dependency changes, and documentation changes are handled by Maintainers. External pull requests and patches are not accepted.

- Bug reports and reproduction steps
- Feature suggestions
- Documentation error reports
Clear, focused reports help Maintainers evaluate and implement improvements.
This repository intake policy does not restrict the rights granted by the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 only. You may review the project’s licensing scope in LICENSES/README.md; preexisting MIT-covered portions retain their original grants and applicable notices.
There is no CLA or DCO requirement for this repository.
