 "Keep Footage, at most _ days" stays at 0 in V2 UI

When changing option for  "Keep Footage, at most _ days" in the Hub settings or individual camera settings, you can select the number of days, but it still shows "at most 0 days"

The changes are updated on the hub and visible in the V1 UI.
