Customers would like to be able to have a screen which shows them sites which have had problems or currently having problems such as camera disconnections and hard drive issues.
Maybe red icon to show current fault and orange to show recent fault. maybe even some kind of graphic showing how many current sites with issues and how many with issues over past 24 hours etc. A kind of management view to ensure fault dont go unnoticed. I think I showed you what secure logiq do with their interface before? Happy to show again if of interest.
