feature request - shortcuts and window rules editor for niri

hi. changing window rules/shortcuts in niri is a pain. dank material shell has an gui editor for these two. this editor is really helpful, and does save time.
and no, don't tell me to use nirimod or something, because i think shells should have the built-in. (i love nirimod don't understand that in a bad way)

We are considering adding a settings app but we're not sure yet. If we do it'll primarily be for compositor settings (niri,hyprland,mango) which will of course include window rules and keyboard shortcuts (A convenient way to configure shell keyboard shortcuts would be fantastic for us). If I have the time I plan on working on one but we have a few other features that we wanna cook up first! I assume eventually we'll be forced to add one because we'll run out of convenient places to put customisation options but yeah! Good suggestion, I can't make any promises but I assume sooner or later one will come!
