Create "key insights" document regarding old interviews

There are many valuable insights from old documents that may be useful if they are addressed.

Will collect them under a document and most probably go over it with Richard.

• FRAME functional view is too much detailed, there is a need for a summary for the decision makers
• The user needs / functional view is too much focused on central stakeholders
• FRAME should include premade service templates
• Common standards and other industry-wide attainments should be included in FRAME
• Interfaces of FRAME services need to be defined in greater detail
• FRAME and its tools should be cloud based

Key insight document is sent to Richard with below text:

_Petr and I were thinking how can we contribute to WP5 in 2021 and the first thing we decided was to analyze the interviews that were done in 2018 before starting to reach out for more stakeholders.

Going over the previous interviews we found out that there were some points raised by the participants that might be worthwhile to consider while developing FRAME. Some of those points were raised by people who are familiar with FRAME and might hint us the industry's stance on it.

FRAME developers may or may not agree with the participants, but we think it is important that these opinions to be taken into account and FRAME's position to be justified, if we are not going to implement them.

We wanted to learn your opinions before raising this as an issue to be reviewed by the rest of the maintainers._
