versioning of FRAME products

We need to version FRAME products alone and collated together.
I suggested semantic versioning scheme is https://semver.org/spec/v2.0.0.html

Is THIS version of FRAME really 5.0? we shall version this from 0 since there is complete change of attitude and we shall version packages separately (starting from 0.1.0):

• meta model
• FRAME repository
• each architectures (NAP, eCall, ...)
• the baseline with landing pages
