[Bug]: Bulwark Mobile Android APK bug

Issue:
In the Android mobile app compose screen, the Send button remains disabled when composing a normal email without attachments.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce
Open Bulwark Mobile on Android.
Tap Compose.
Enter a valid recipient in To.
Enter a subject.
Enter plain text in the message body.
Send button remains disabled.
Attach any file.
Send button becomes enabled.
Remove the attachment.
Send button becomes disabled again.

Expected Behavior

Send should become enabled when recipient + subject/body are valid, without requiring an attachment.

Actual Behavior

Send only becomes enabled when an attachment is present.
