Please note we are actively changing $domain to $to in uBlock filters - Badware as document-block on MV3 works only with the latter.

Hi, this should now be put higher priority, I think. We uBO team is using $to more and more and even changed some filters from $domain to $to. brave/adblock-lists#2452 (comment) was just an example that the lack of this support is causing actual problems, and now Brave doesn't block most of malicious sites uBO blocks even with the Agressive mode.
I'd like to point out #234 could mitigate the problems, as I'd be fine to add separate filters for Brave in upstreams until you fix this.
