Related Posts Are Displayed Horizontally Instead of Vertically on Tablet view

Description
On tablet view, the Related Posts section on Library Subpages does not match the Figma design.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Libraries page using a tablet viewport.
2. Select a library with more than one related post, such as Algorithm.
3. Scroll to the Related Posts section.
4. Compare its layout with the Figma design.

Actual Result
The related posts are displayed horizontally.

Expected Result
The related posts should be displayed vertically, one below the other, as shown in the Figma design
