Overview

Implement the UI for the Unavailable Library page.

Background

A placeholder for this page has already been set up in PR #2524 (#2524), so this ticket builds out the actual UI on top of that scaffolding.

Props / Data Wiring

Populate with the props/context the template expects – e.g. library name, current viewing version, first version available, button URL.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The page matches the Figma design across layout, typography, spacing, and colors.
2. The UI is responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints.
3. Implement both light mode and dark mode

Out Of Scope

Data wiring / backend logic beyond what's needed to render the static UI

I implemented the backend logic, I didn't notice the backend logic was out of scope, sorry!

@ycanales Sorry for the confusion Cristian, the backend logic wasn't strictly out of scope – it was just that I thought all of the context have been supplied to the frontend so we don't need additional work. What you did was great, thanks a lot!

Moved back to in progress to change the logic that's treating a missing LibraryVersion as if it was dropped, as confirmed in today's demo, libraries are not deprecated so it should always point to the latest version.
