Feature Request: Option to Remove EXIF Metadata While Retaining Colour Profile

Currently, when the "Keep metadata" option is turned off in the app's settings, it removes both EXIF metadata and colour profile information.

It would be helpful if these two behaviours were separated. Specifically, removing EXIF metadata while preserving the colour profile info would be ideal since this allows for privacy benefits without affecting image appearance.

Hey! I have noticed this myself. Are you running into this when changing file formats, or just when doing optimizations? I don't know if it's possible to move color profile information between image formats.

OK, we're now preserving color profiles for jpgs. However, it doesn't work on conversions. Eventually I'll figure out how to 'bake' color profiles into the image so we can remove the extra data and preserve the image's look across formats. It's a complicated process though.
