监控ai后台报Item with id 'rs_00079676a1362994016a97da5c9b7c87d0b6dfc3ae8b396486' not found. Items are not persisted when store is set to false. Try again with store set to true, or remove this item from your input.

感谢反馈，问题确认了。这是内置 AI 在使用 OpenAI Responses 接口时的一个缺陷：连续对话时会把上一轮的推理条目原样带回，但请求没有开启服务端保存，于是被接口拒绝，出现你看到的 Item with id 'rs_…' not found 报错，聊天也就无法连续处理。

我们会针对这个场景出一个聚焦的修复：在走 Responses 格式时正确开启保存（或改为回放带加密内容的推理数据），保证连续对话不断掉。

作为临时规避，你也可以先把该供应商的「OpenAI 请求格式」切回 Chat Completions，多数中转站都能正常工作。如果修复后仍有问题，欢迎再补充报错截图。
