pointer can get out of bounds on multiscreen setups

instead of checking internal screen borders, the only barrier for the movement of the pointer seems to be the outer most perimeter of all the windows combined

Yes, that’s definitely true. I had actually noticed it quite a while ago, but I forgot to fix it.
