Unable to publish and unpublish mines, frontend hang

Describe the Bug
Attempting to publish and unpublish a mine has a frontend hang (unlimited spinning circle).
Not a frontend issue, refreshing does not fix.

Expected Behaviour
Publish and unpublish function proceeds normally.

Actual Behaviour
Frontend does not respond, mine is not published/unpublished.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

** Additional context**
Might be related to file upload freeze issue, but a refresh fixes (duplicates upload)
