It would be useful imo for the `bc-policy-framework-for-github` to include a section or `.md` file on off boarding guidance. e.g. - [ ] when+how to revoke org level membership (or if at all/ever?) - [ ] how to give some access as a collaborator if they are no longer a bcgov member and it is warranted - [ ] ensuring all repos have a maintainer when someone leaves the bcgov GitHub org - [ ] who is responsible for off boarding and by when - [ ] ....
