It still says bash: focus: command not found.

What are the steps to reproduce the behavior?

go install github.com/ayoisaiah/focus/cmd/focus@latest, after installation, input focus.

What behaviour did you observe?

bash: focus: command not found

What is the expected behaviour?

Yes, there it is. I double-clicked it and it runs in background and then my fan makes noise.

@GrimPixel most likely you need to add export PATH="$HOME/go/bin:$PATH" to your .zshrc/.bashrc/...
