npm error code ENOVERSIONS - No versions available for undefined

Hi, when I try to install one of the following packages (I have tried multiple version):

• "@aws-sdk/client-batch": "^3.194.0",
• "@aws-sdk/client-dynamodb": "^3.194.0",
• "@aws-sdk/client-lambda": "^3.194.0",
• "@aws-sdk/client-s3": "^3.194.0",
• "@aws-sdk/client-secrets-manager": "^3.194.0",
• "@aws-sdk/client-sns": "^3.194.0",
• "@aws-sdk/lib-dynamodb": "^3.194.0",

npm return the following error:
npm ERR! code ENOVERSIONS
npm ERR! No versions available for undefined

I don't know if it's related to Nexus or something else... Do you have an idea? Thanks :)

Resolved: it was related to Nexus. I have fixed this issue by changing my local .npmrc file.

My issue was:
14.93 npm error code ENOVERSIONS
14.93 npm error No versions available for @anycompany/middleware-utils-log
14.94 npm error A complete log of this run can be found in: /root/.npm/_logs/2025-12-02T19_17_10_990Z-debug-0.log

Anyone still having issues like this should check deep down the package dependencies you are using.
I am talking dependencies of dependencies of... and so on. 

This is why you should clear all node_modules and package-locks involved, then install dependencies again, it is the fastest way to fix.
This is not related to cache or node versions.
