All configuration of OpenAI endpoint to support Ollama

Fixed, please update to v1.5.5. Ollama and any OpenAI-compatible server now work end to end:

Settings → AI → Add an OpenAI-compatible endpoint

Please let me know if there are any other issues!

Just as an FYI, working on a version 2 with capabilities for multiple accounts and an admin account for proper multi-tenant self hosting. Let me know if you would like any larger features for v2
