[Bug] Argo Workflow UI Dropdown Hidden and Search Input is not sticky

# Description
In Argo Workflow v4.0.7, in intermediate input enum dropdown, if the dropdown list is long, the select options dropdown list size is not capped and the search input element along with many other element are hidden.
