This is the arfct org defaults repository — only files GitHub sources org-wide belong here: profile/README.md (org profile), .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/, and PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md, which apply to every arfct repo without its own. The Primer and its templates live in arfct/ops.
