Subject: [PATCH] docs: host docs on Vercel at rne.appandflow.com

Serve the Docusaurus site from the root of rne.appandflow.com instead of
appandflow.github.io/react-native-ease, and replace the GitHub Pages
publish workflow with a Vercel build configured in vercel.json.
