[LEGAL] Is the Magpie project (https://usemagpie.ai/) infringing on our name?

According to GitHub, the first commits are from 22 September. This is 3 months after Apache Magpie became a toplevel project.

For me, seeing this project in Homebrew made me think (at first) that this was the Apache Magpie project. Taking one look at the website proved otherwise.

What does the community think? Any legal experts that can shed a light on this?
