Tests from doc->sphinx_gallery_examples->fluids have been disabled due to instabilities

Description of the bug

Tests from doc->sphinx_gallery_examples->12-fluids have been commented due to instabilities in the pipelines.

Steps To Reproduce

To check this issue, go to ".ci/run_examples.py" and look for this test folder (12-fluids) in the loop. Remove it from the if condition and check the erros for these tests.
