Now that "Are you still there?" is inhibited for these two activities, it might be a good idea to have some kind of timeout or time limit check on both video calls and story recording, so that if the user just walks away, the system eventually resets itself. I don't know if Hangout has anything builtin (it might). For story recording, you don't want to fill up the disk.
