Yeah, it's me again. Reef keeps me from scrolling and messing with useless stuff but bruhh I just had a bad patch of days and wasted so much of my time on using blocked apps. I have set up a good system using routines, but it's too easy to turn off an active routine for me. Even if I really need to check something and open the app, I tend to spend a little too much.
My idea is to add a confirmation dialog when disabling active routines. It's as simple as asking "Are you sure you want to disable this routine?" and put a countdown for the "ok" button (if possible), or just add a friction some other way. Just make user wait for fixed amount of time (15s? 30s?) when they want to disable a routine which is currently active (current time is in range of the routine user wants to disable). Ughh shame on me, but Reef is a godsend.
