Yihang He h7y2b: For the last two weeks, I tried to optimize user experience, for example implementing infinite scrolling on the main page. I also did a lot of manual testing with my teammates and fixed identified bugs. In the future, I want to implement a recommendation engine for posts, so that users can have different posts displayed on their main page depending on the posts they like, they comment and they uploaded. One challenge I had is implementing the editing functionality for interactive video, I need to do some parsing for the data I got from the backend for the frontend to display

Hanze Wang o7c8d: During the last two weeks, I fixed some of the rest bugs like main page was not updated after users editing their information. Also I helped with our documentation and slides. In the future, what I would like to do is to allow only friends in our app could chat.

Kunyi Wang t5h6p: During the last two weeks, I fixed some of the bugs such as wrong time format. Also I helped with our documentation and slides. In addition to that, I clean the code and remove all the redundancy file and methods. In the future, what I would like to do is accelerating the whole backend and frontend loading, enabling more users to use the website at the same time.

Chendong Luo t5a3b: For the past two weeks, I have dedicated most of my time to enhancing our chat feature by re-implementing it from server polling to a real-time socket chat. This change optimized the network load and provided users with a superior experience. Other than that, I participated in our manual testing session to find and fix bugs and helped with our Final Demo documentation stuff. Among the challenges, I addressed lots of identified concurrent issues when users are sending messages to each other. In the future, I plan to implement or integrate a notification system, allowing users to receive notifications when someone sends them a message.

Yingquan Wang d7u2x: For the last two weeks, I fixed the bugs related to tags and optimized the search experience of users. I also helped to come up parts of the project documentation and constructed 30 meaningful posts for presentation. For the future, I plan to implement a recommendation system so that users could enjoy customized contents for them.
