1.08 internal browser no longer supports custom game url

using current version 1.08, there is no method to open ronron (https://ron2.jp/3/, a tenhou skin operated by jpml) in the internal browser.

manually editing settings.json file won't help, the browser still opens the default tenhou url.

please bring back the support for custom game url in the internal browser.
