Informal name of Lingua Franca Nova being used in Weblate's french translation #2562

Description

Describe the issue

Hi,

I'm one of the few who fluently speaks Lingua Franca Nova who is also a native french speaker. The french translation uses the informal name of Lingua Franca Nova. This makes it hard to find it in lists and menus, because when you translate something your mind is not in "informal mode", if you can catch what I mean.

Lingua Franca Nova is Lingua Franca Nova in all languages. Elefen is a community name made from its initials. It is for informal speech only. It isn't appropriate to use it as a translation. This is further problematic because the actual english text is Lingua Franca Nova, so people might not even realise this is a problem.

But in case you don't believe me, even french wikipedia uses Lingua Franca Nova https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lingua_franca_nova

I already tried

  • I've read and searched the documentation.
  • I've searched for similar filed issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Interact with weblate in french in any capacity and you'll see the bug

Expected behavior

It should say "Lingua Franca Nova" instead of "Elefen" even in french, not just english.
