When I check the Blender Translate website, the Kazakh language is displayed in gray and shows the message:

"This translation doesn't yet exist."

As shown in the attached screenshot, the language is listed but is currently unavailable and cannot be translated through the Blender Translate interface.

Could you please clarify whether Kazakh translation support is actually enabled in Blender Translate, or if additional steps are required to make it available?
