[2023.3][URP] Fixing an issue with Alpha clipping and Depth Priming (UUM-64447)
Fixes UUM-64447.
The issue was that the `_ALPHATEST_ON` keyword needs to be available in both vertex and fragment shaders in order to check if UV (TEXCOORD1) is needed or not.1 parent 5d9ade0 commit 3bc1746
