Subject: [PATCH] Added release-age exception for `@tryghost/content-api`

Renovate updates trusted TryGhost packages immediately, but pnpm blocked the Content API update in PR #337 during its default 24-hour waiting period. Added `@tryghost/content-api` to `minimumReleaseAgeExclude` alongside the existing TryGhost exceptions.
