Fees seems about right for 0.5, 0.75 and 1MvB
But we've noticed they're consistently too low for other position from tip.
I'm not sure if the code assume no more transaction will be added to the mempool when reporting "Confirms in" but even if there was no added transaction the fee would be way too low.
