generate more detailed output table

I'm able to run a benchmark and get a very nice summary table of results like this:

$ benchmarks_eval treats_creative output/bte_creative

But this is a summary of all the lines in the corresponding data.tsv file. It would be nice to additionally show the rank of the desired answer for each line in that file.
