Support for Musicbee and VLC

This isn't really an issue but I would love to see this program have support for Musicbee and VLC media player as those are the main programs I use.

I've found a way to get it to work with MusicBee at least!
There's a musicbee plugin that makes musicbee work with windows' media control widget, https://getmusicbee.com/addons/plugins/98/windows-10-media-control-overlay/ , which gets it to work with deltatune! This is because (I think) deltatune takes its track information from the same place windows stores its media control track information!

If, like me, you don't like the windows media control overlay panel thing, there is a microsoft store app called ModernFlyouts ( https://modernflyouts-community.github.io/ ) that just lets you disable the whole menu in a click, in its settings.

Also, if you have media control hotkeys in musicbee bound separate from the generic windows ones, you may want to unbind them, as musicbee and windows will read both the hotkeys at the same time and you'll end up pausing and unpausing instantly, or skipping two songs at once, etc.

It isn't a issue of Deltatune itself, It's one for VLC

Hi! I made an unofficial DeltaTune v1.2.2 mod that adds built-in VLC media
player support.

It keeps DeltaTune's original Windows media-session detection and adds two
VLC detection methods:

• Automatic fallback using VLC's window title, with no setup required
• Optional full title, artist, and playback-state metadata using VLC's local
  HTTP interface

The full-metadata connection is made only to VLC on 127.0.0.1, and the mod
falls back safely to the window title if the HTTP interface is not enabled.

I preserved the original MIT license and clearly labeled the project as an
unofficial community modification. The source is public, and I would also be
open to the VLC-support code being adapted for the official project.
