fix(skills): point vse-python at the 4.5 Strip page and date the rename to 4.4

The 4.5 LTS Sequence link was a 404: the type became Strip in 4.4, so 4.5
documents bpy.types.Strip and an agent following the skill would look for a
Sequence type that is not there. The real 4.5-vs-5.x split is .sequences vs
.strips, which the skill already teaches. CLAUDE.md also described the
headless template's modifier step as temp_override; since #477 it bakes the
stack with new_from_object.
