Just wondering, does this program phone home or collect and send any information anywhere?

MBBS Launcher does not phone home. It never has, and there are no plans for that to change.
Recent versions write general runtime information to an audit.log file in the same folder where MBBS Launcher runs. This file stays entirely local unless the user chooses to share it. It contains no system or personally identifiable information. The only paths recorded are those related to MBBS and any auto-launch applications configured by the user. There are no plans to expand this beyond that scope.
