feat: add support in template/dynamicView to take json arrays to generate items

A feature to allow ListView/Column item generation via templates similar to that in DynamicView but by passing an Array would be useful
Requirements

• Arrays received in requests can be used to generate listViews/Columns/Rows

I'd like to take this up. I have prior STAC contribution experience and would be happy to implement this feature.
