I have switched config from nooa to the open weather, sets my lat and lon, but while wx or wxc I don't see it asks for my town, but something like a nearest timezone?

Is it normal?

I assume abnormal internet, as this information is extracted from the API servers in the call. was the error about a missing key? if so the data was bad on the return would need a firewall hole

No, internet works fine, just as data extracting.
The only issue is this:

I don't understand why it says Moscow, iam not even close.
Maybe it is not a town, just some another data?

The API 3rd party makes this determination by the source IP, I will see if I can manually set this local part

Not sure about ip address, as far as I change lat and lon it reacts with some other zone, like Asia/Uruguay and etc. So for sure lat and lon do some effect.
