Rate limit in donation mode

Hi, great integration you made!
Small request, when you have a subscription on PVoutput, the rate limit is on 5min max in your integration but in donation mode it can be as high as 300 calls per hour.

The documentation says:

The following rate limits applies per API key for all request types -

60 requests per hour.

300 requests per hour in [Donation](https://pvoutput.org/help/donations.html#donations) mode.

The following rate limits applies per API key to [Get Statistic](https://pvoutput.org/help/api_specification.html#api-get-statistic) API -

12 requests per hour.

60 requests per hour in [Donation](https://pvoutput.org/help/donations.html#donations) mode.

Maybe you can also add rate limit monitoring, which keeps track of the number of calls are already made and keeps it below the maximum. Maybe it's possible to check what the rate limit is for the used system?
