refactor(http-request): sort functions alphabetically

Reorganize functions in alphabetical order:
- Private functions first (httpDownloadAttempt, httpRequestAttempt)
- Exported functions second (httpDownload, httpJson, httpRequest, httpText)

No functional changes, only code organization.
