fix ENABLE_ZOLTAN in test/ CMake files
- test/CMakeLists.txt: rename ENABLE_ZOLTAN to PUMI_ENABLE_ZOLTAN wherever found. - test/testing.cmake: replace ENABLE_ZOLTAN to PUMI_ENABLE_ZOLTAN. Signed-off-by: Aiden Woodruff <woodra@rpi.edu>
