right clicking when settings icon is visible shifts all favicon up too high

at least on Mojave, need to test on older versions of macOS. toggling the settings icon fixes this.

Same issue. Closing browser and reopening seems to fix it temporarily.

High Sierra, Safari 12, same problem, however it happens when you right click on the bar itself.
