Dependencies installer Not Working

Issue

Expected behaviour

When running Dependencies installer. [!] E: Could not get lock /var/lib/apt/lists/lock - open (35: Resource temporarily unavailable)

Actual behaviour

Tell us what happens instead.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run Dependencies Installer
2. List all the apps avaliable.
