Bug Description:
As part of the GlyGen structure generation 1157 glycans failed to finish within 10 minutes. They are treated as timeouts. The attached CSV files contains the information:
Column 1: GlyTouCan ID
Column 2: Submitted Glycam sequence
Column 3: Glycam Job ID
Retrying the job IDs a few hours later seem to indicate that they finish at some point (cherry picking no systematic test). That seems to indicate performance issues.
Expected behavior
According to the talks glycans should finish within seconds. >10 minutes seems a bit much.
