Sure-

Only admins can do !ak balances .

But sometimes there's a lot of coin movement right after we see the balances.

There should be a way to tell fraqbot to run balances again, but just replace the existing text in the balances message with the new text. This method would allow us to see the new balances without re-tagging everyone or posting another whole leaderboard. It would also allow conversation in the thread below the leaderboard without having to move conversation to a new leaderboard.

I think it would be a pretty simple code addition too:

1. receive command !ak update
2. run !ak balances routine
3. instead of posting message, pull 'thread_ts' from the payload, and run a message update instead of post
